For Your Peace of Mind and Ours

We want to make sure every visit Icings Bridal Boutique is an event to remember. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we are operating during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please read on to find out how we provide the best customer experience for our loyal shoppers. If you have any more questions, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Appointments


Our boutique is By Appointment Only.

So please call ahead or send us a message to avoid disappointment upon arrival to our shop.

During these uncertain times, a MAXIMUM of 4 guests will be allowed in our Shop at any given time.

Saturdays are usually our busiest day. So to better accommodate everyone we have capped our appointments at a 2 person MAXIMUM. (An example 1 bride + 1 guest, and  1 graduate + 1 guest is = to our MAXIMUM guest capacity)

Masks and Sanitization

We require all patrons and staff to wear proper face masks. Masks must be worn covering both the mouth and nose.

If you do not have a mask, we have disposable masks for $2 and fabric masks for $12

Throughout the store we have many sanitizing stations set up including one when you first walk in.

Physical Distancing


In an effort to maintain physical distancing in our boutique we have set a limit of 4 guests in our shop at any given time.

This number includes babies and children. 

We ask that if you must bring a child in with you, please bring an adult with you to supervise your child as you try on gowns or suits. 

Stay Home If You Are Sick

If you, or anyone in your family are feeling unwell; please stay home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date.
